The 2010 Body Transformation Contest is a 10 week competition run by Sydney Fat Loss Specialist Daniel Munday that begins on Monday June 7 and finishes on Monday August 16, 2010.

      “I learned a lot about what it takes to really do a workout during the transformation contest.  I'm used to hard workouts because I am a dancer and a cheerleader, but in the last year I hadn't been dancing as much due to other school conflicts.

      But OMG how good are my measurements. You could not wipe the smile off my face the whole day. I went out and felt a million dollars.

      When & Where Are Your Sessions?

      My group training sessions are run at Observatory Hill right next to the Sydney CBD and also at Dawes Point under the Harbour Bridge at the end of George St.
      It is very easy to get to from either Circular Quay or Wynyard train stations. Session times and days include:

      • Monday morning 35 minute interval cardio blast 7:15am-7:50am @ Dawes Point

      • Tuesday and Thursday 30 minute fatblast sessions 7:15am-7:45am @ Observatory Hill

      • Tuesday and Thursday evening Pulse sessions that keep your pulse up and your fat off! 5:30pm-6:30pm @ Observatory Hill

      • Saturday Morning Wake Up Call 8am-9am @ Observatory Hill

      • Tuesday and Thursday 45 minute Lunch Time Boxing Circuits at Dawes Point under the Harbour Bridge 12:05pm-12:50pm

      • Monday and Wednesday 45 minute Botany Boxing Circuits 5:30-6:15pm

        Online Personal Training Option

        This category is just for those who can't make any of my current sessions. I know that you want a new body and this is how you can do it.

        You are eligible for every single thing that you have already read about on this page - the inclusions of the contest and all the prizes. Nothing changes there.

        The only thing that changes is that you will get emailed your weekly workouts each week to do in your own time at home. Best yet, the workouts don't require any equipment. It's all bodyweight exercises that you'll be doing. That's the format I used for the 2009 contest and as you can see from the pictures above, the transformations are pretty awesome!

        Your investment for this option will be a small $150 which includes your $50 bond that you'll get back once you finish the contest and send your photos back. That works out to $10 a week for the complete roadmap to a new body!
