The End Results Are AMAZING!
Louanne lost 11.2kg, 12cm off her waist,
a massive 14.5cm from around her belly and 10.8cm off her hips
Louanne had some great results in 2008 - losing 8cm off her waist and 6.9kg but that is nothing compared to her 2009 stats!
“Consistent and effective training with an eye on healthy eating takes a lot of effort and motivation. Some things I just can't do alone. Daniel evaluated my food and my training, giving me options and rest days.
With every catch up, Daniel knew what I should have done on my own, and monitored and tracked that - generally, he kept me on my toes, and motivated me get back on the path every time I fell off.
Daniel recommended signing up to a few weight loss motivation emails, which combined with his own gave me the daily/weekly reminders I needed. The effort and energy I spent was no different, but focussed in different areas.
The end results are amazing, and I am extremely happy with where I have come to.

"I discovered the Daniel’s program when searching for workout routines. I realized quickly that you don't need fancy gym equipment or an expensive gym membership in order to get yourself in shape!
It was really all there for me the whole time, using my own bodyweight for the resistance . What I didn't have was a planned set of routines or an organized way to approach my workouts & that's what this program provided.

Therese Finally Lost Her Bloated Belly!
“At the beginning of the training, I was constantly exhausted due to working full time and studying part time. Consequently I didn't often make time for myself to exercise. The less exercise I did, the worse I felt, the more exhausted I became, and the vicious cycle continued.
I began my challenge with the expectation that I could change myself if I just made the time to exercise and to prepare healthy meals.
Daniel's sessions took me to a whole new level of training. I was familiar with the basic exercises (eg. push ups) but the variations (eg. diamond push ups) were a killer! It was great to constantly challenge my body.
Due to a family illness it was a challenge to keep up the meals amidst full time work and hospital visits. Exercise was usually squeezed in whenever I had a spare 10 minutes.
I was very time-poor, so the workouts were perfect for me - short and intense. I didn't have to spend hours exercising. I could do the workouts at home, as I simply would not have had time to travel to the gym.
Working out at home was the perfect thing to do between study sessions (less likely to eat junk food afterwards and ruin my hard work!)
However I am still extremely chuffed at the results of my 8 week challenge. I am most pleased about losing the "belly bloat", and I'm going to continue to work on my lower half, which is notoriously stubborn and budged only a little bit by the end of the 8 week challenge.

“I learned a lot about what it takes to really do a workout with Daniel’s program. I'm used to hard workouts because I am a dancer and a cheerleader, but in the last year I hadn't been dancing as much due to other school conflicts.
I noticed that my pants weren't fitting as well and so decided to join my mom on this 8 week program. I found that my body had pretty good muscle memory and a lot of my fitness and strength I got from dancing, was brought back by doing the bodyweight workouts.
The workouts really gave my body the jolt it needed to take off the extra pounds I'd put on since lessening my dance schedule.
I lost 7lbs and 10.5" in the 8 weeks of doing these workouts and I plan to keep on doing them.
Daniel's emails each week with tips on making good meal choices were also really helpful.
I'll keep on using these workouts since I don't have a gym membership but now I know that I don't really need one in order to be fit and feel good about how I look.
I'm seeing definition in my arms especially from the push ups & can even do more "real" ones now (not just on my knees). Thanks!”

"I Can Now Fit Back Into My Clothes In My Wardrobe"
“I am extremely happy with my results from the 8 week challenge. I thought that the reminder emails each week with diet tips helped me to stay on track and stay motivated.
I have tried with no success to shift some weight that I gained towards the end of last year.
I took on board the diet tips provided in the program which have really helped me to lose weight from around my waist and I can now fit back into my clothes in my wardrobe and also a dress my partner brought me for xmas last year when I refused to buy the bigger size and acknowledge my weight gain.
I think that the combination of gluten free diet and back to basics food (i.e. nothing from a packet) made up from fruit, vegetables and meat makes sense.
The workouts provided each week were challenging and the benefits could be felt in the following days of the workout.

“Your workouts are the best core workout I have had EVER. It’s strange that I have been a national representative in two sports with professional AIS (Australian Institute of Sport) coaches and I have only just now discovered my core.
Even back when I was Orienteering I only ever did basic sit ups, leg raises and all the other exercises that you can cheat and use your hip flexors for.

"I've made progress and am feeling a whole lot fitter and more energetic than I was before. I've surprised myself, I never knew I could do so many push ups!
I struggled a bit in the beginning to make better food choices but I feel that in the last month I've come a long way and feel much better about what I'm eating.
