I will come to you provided you are in the Sydney CBD or the Inner West. We can train in a park or at your home and I will provide all the equipment and provide you with a training mat as well. The one on one Personal Training Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are designed to maximise your results in minimal time.

Includes up to nine (9) x 30 minute one on one personal training sessions each month.
Nutrition support and tips to enhance your fat loss potential delivered each week via email.
Before and after measurement (don't worry, I hate scales too so you won't have to jump on those!), and a before and after photo so we can compare the difference after you get the results you are satisfied with.
Food diary reviews and recommendations which I recommend you fill out each week so we can keep a track of your eating habits and what can be improved to maximise your success.
