My group training sessions are run in the CBD, Rozelle and Botany areas.

The sessions are mainly located at either Observatory Hill right next to the Sydney CBD or at Dawes Point under the Harbour Bridge at the end of George St. It is very easy to get to from either Circular Quay or Wynyard train stations.

I have 3 package options that have been designed to maximise your value for money and your training results.

 

Investment Options

Your monthly investment includes access to any of my groups mentioned below (except Rozelle mens group)

DPM Red: $135 per month – 2 classes per week each month

DPM Yellow: $175 per month – unlimited classes each month

DPM Platinum: $215 per month – unlimited classes and nutrition support

- Nutrition support includes weekly food diary reviews and recommendations on how to maximise your food plan for success

** no lock in contracts and you can cancel in writing at any time**

CBD SESSIONS

  Monday morning 35 minute interval cardio blast 7:15am-7:50am

Venue: Dawes Point in the Rocks (corner of Lower Fort and George Street) – we meet in the small park under The Harbour Bridge, see red dot on map

 Tuesday and Thursday 45 minute Lunch Time Boxing Circuits 12:05-12:50pm

 Tuesday and Thursday 30 minute fatblast sessions 7:15am-7:45am

Tuesday we box and Thusday is circuit based. I provide all boxing gear and kettlebells for circuits.

Venue: Observatory Hill (Upper Fort Street near Sydney Observatory) – see red dot in map

 Tuesday and Thursday evening circuit sessions 5:30pm-6:30pm

Circuits are kettlebell exercises, cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises.

 Saturday Morning Circuit Wake Up Call 8am-9am

Circuits are kettlebell exercises, cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises. We occasionally do boxing circuits.

BOTANY SESSIONS

 Monday and Wednesday Evening 45 minute Botany Boxing Circuits 5:30pm-6:15pm
