The CBD sessions are located at either Observatory Hill right next to the Sydney CBD or at Dawes Point under the Harbour Bridge at the end of George St.

It is very easy to get to from either Circular Quay or Wynyard train stations.


The Botany sessions are located close to the local Business Parks and near the Southern Cross Drive exit on Botany Rd.


There are 3 package options that have been designed to maximise your value for money and of course, your fitness and fat loss results. I will put my results up against any Sydney Personal Trainer and stand by them with a better than money back guarantee.

DPM Ultimate Makeover $299 per month – unlimited sessions each month PLUS 1 x 1-on-1 30 minute Personal Training Tune Up session each month PLUS food success planning designed to maximise your results.

DPM Metbolism Makeover: $199 per month – unlimited sessions each month

The investment is worked out on a 48 week calendar year that includes 2 weeks holidays at Christmas for both of us and 2 weeks at any other time for you throughout the year.

  Monday morning 35 minute interval cardio blast 7:15am-7:50am

 Tuesday and Thursday 45 minute Lunch Time Boxing Circuits 12:05-12:50pm

 Tuesday and Thursday 30 minute fatblast sessions 7:15am-7:45am

Circuits are kettlebell exercises, cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises.

 Friday morning Bodyweight Blitz Workout 7am-7:30am

Based on my Bodyweight Blitz online program. Bodyweight circuits and interval cardio drills to maximise your fat loss without any equipment.

 Saturday Morning Circuit Wake Up Call 8am-9am

Circuits are kettlebell exercises, cardio intervals and bodyweight exercises. We occasionally do boxing circuits.

 Monday and Wednesday Evening 45 minute Botany Boxing Circuits 5:30pm-6:15pm
