  Q: Where do you train?
A: I am a mobile Outdoor Sydney Personal Trainer and fat loss specialist, so I will come to you providing you are in the Sydney CBD, Inner West or out to Botany.

I currently run groups in the CBD and Botany areas for both men and women. There is also a men only morning group in Rozelle.

Unfortunately I do not travel outside of these areas due to travel times and costs. Please contact me to see if I can train where you are.


Q: What will my investment be?

A: Your investment will depend on your session type and the amount of people in each group. Some people like to join in multiple groups during the week. The more times you train each week means faster fat loss results!

Q: Are your group sessions like a regular Sydney boot camp session?

A: NO! I don't think it is necessary to treat you like you are in the army. I think it is demeaning for you and me if I put on camo gear and yell at you to do another push up with a whistle in my mouth.

My sessions are fun - see the testimonials if you are wondering - challenging and best of all they will give you the fat loss results you deserve in a non-threatening environment.

Yes, you will work hard, maybe harder then you’ve ever worked before, but we’ll have a laugh when it suits and get you the fat loss that you have been frustrated in not achieving for all of these years.

The only reason that I use the word boot camp is because that is what people normally search for online when looking for this type of service.


Q: What can I expect in my training session?

A: The general rule is to expect the unexpected! I use a wide range of equipment, from kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights, body weight training, boxing, and plenty of heart starting, belly fat burning, interval training.

If you are looking to be trained on machines that do half the work for you, then I am sorry, but the DPM Performance style of results based training is not for you.

I only select exercises that maximise your results in minimum time without wasting your time on exercises like crunches and sit ups that only injure your back and have absolutely no fat loss relevance whatsoever.


Q: Can I purchase single training sessions?

A: No, a single session has no benefit in getting you to where you want to be. Achieving your fat loss goals should be a long term commitment and that is why I have continual month long program options (which you can cancel at any time).


Q: Do I have to pay via direct debit?

A: Yes, that is the only payment option that I have available. Why? Because training is a habit and it needs to be done on a regular basis to guarantee your results. It also saves you having to remember to pay for each month of training and me from chasing up people who haven't paid.

You are not locked in for any contracted period and may cancel at anytime that you wish provided you put it in writing to me.


Q: Do I have to pay even when I’m away on holidays?

A: I have worked out your monthly investment based on a 48 week training calendar – taking out holidays for you and me.

If you are going away for an extended period of time (greater than 3 weeks) I am happy to pause your debit until you return. I will also do the same if I happen to be away for a longer period of time.


Q: Do I need to bring any equipment to our sessions?

A: Only a mat. Some people like to bring their own boxing gear for our boxing circuits. I will provide all other equipment needed for all types of training. If you don't have a mat you can use a towel.

The only other thing I recommend everyone to bring is a water bottle, sun protection (hat, sunscreen etc) and most importantly, a strong work ethic! In cooler months I recommend a jacket to throw on after your workouts so you don’t cool down too fast.


Q: How long will I have to train for to get results?

A: It depends on the individual, how many sessions you do a week (with and without me), your desire to succeed and more importantly, your eating habits.

I have trained people with great fat loss results for just an initial 12 session package. I also have regular clients that I have trained for 4 years straight who keep getting results.


Q: Can you help me with my food habits?

A: Definitely. I can provide food advice that is more valuable than a dietician or nutritionist who recommend that you to eat food which is only making you fatter. That is why I will never get one of these qualifications.

My thoughts on nutrition definitely are not mainstream but they are backed by latest research, my own personal transformation and the real results that I get through my clients week in and week out.

The nutritional component is included in my select one-on-one training clients that I take on and is an optional extra investment for my group training programs and for people who really want to step their results up a notch.
